How much time do I have to make a claim?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your blinds.

What does MeasureSafe cover?

MeasureSafe covers measurement mistakes on any product for which MeasureSafe is purchased during the original order. With MeasureSafe, you are able to change the size (Width and/or Drop) of the order only.

If a product is eligible for MeasureSafe, this will be reflected in your basket when MeasureSafe cover is selected.

What doesn’t MeasureSafe Cover?

  • Colour mistakes
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Any ready made blinds, roof blinds, roman blinds & blind parts & accessories are not covered.
  • Any cost associated with returning the blinds.
  • Any charges for re-delivery.
  • Any price difference if the replacement blind is larger than the original.
  • Any trade, wholesale or contract/business orders.
  • Any differences in size that are within our Tolerance (see section 4. Terms & Conditions). We will not remake a blind within +/- 5mm of the original Width and/or +/- 10mm of the original Drop.

How does MeasureSafe work?

Firstly, we ask you to email sales@motorisedblinds.com within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the following information structured in the following way:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Reference
  3. Delivery Address
  4. Contact Telephone Number
  5. Measurement(s) of the blind(s) you would like to claim for under MeasureSafe
  6. Measurement(s) of the new blind(s) you require for the replacement(s)

If your claim is accepted, you will be provided a “SUP” number and you are then to return the blind(s) to our specified returns address at your own expense. We do not offer a collection service for blinds returned in a MeasureSafe claim. The blind(s) must be returned securely in the original packaging received. If any of the returned components are damaged or missing, we reserve the right to charge you for replacement parts, or in cases where the blind cannot be reused, the full price of the new blind.

Can I choose a different colour or other blind options since you are making a new one?

No, claims can only be made for identical products, with the same specification and colours. Only the width and drop measurements may differ from the original order.
